There are a lot people asking me why do companies find people with experience? How can we get experience if they will not going to hire us people with no experience? Well, at first, I was also thinking of that. It may be unfair for people with no experience because they really need the job. But looking on the view of the company, they just want everything to be done the best so who are we to judge them for setting such standards? Whoever is right, let's just be the best on our own skills and abilities. And swear, everything will be harmonized in the end.
